§ 01 · THE MEMBER SEQUENCE
Enroll once. Monitored continuously. Activated objectively.
PriorityEvac runs on objective National Hurricane Center forecast thresholds. From enrollment through departure, every step is documented, timed, and tied to NHC data.
Enroll
Apply through the website. Pass household review — primary or secondary residence in a Coverage County, household composition, and special considerations (medical, mobility, pets). Complete enrollment: sign the Membership Agreement and pay the annual membership fee. Your departure airport is assigned and your manifest profile is on file before peak hurricane season.

Monitor
Through hurricane season (June 1 – November 30), the operations team tracks every system the NHC tracks. Members hear from PriorityEvac only when a system crosses the Green-to-Yellow threshold. No alarmism, no marketing emails dressed as alerts.

Pre-Notify
When a system reaches 20% probability of tropical-storm-force winds at a Coverage Coast airport within 84 hours, members on the affected coast receive a Yellow pre-notification. Aircraft reposition. Operations mobilizes.

Activate
Red activation requires both a timing trigger and a severity trigger. Timing: 40% probability of tropical-storm-force winds at a Coverage Coast service airport, an NHC Hurricane Watch on the Coverage Coast, or ERAT under 72 hours. Severity: Category 1 hurricane strength or higher at declaration, or an NHC Forecast Advisory projecting Category 2 within 48 hours. When both criteria are met, full activation begins. Departure slots are assigned by household. Members receive their assigned airport, terminal, and check-in window. Members confirm intent to depart. Field staff are deployed to the assigned airports.

Depart
Members arrive at their assigned airport in their assigned check-in window. Contracted Airbus A320 aircraft depart on schedule for Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International (ATL) — outside the hurricane impact zone, with the breadth of onward connections and accommodation options that the world’s busiest passenger hub provides. Onward arrangements from Atlanta are the member’s responsibility.

§ 02 · NOTIFICATION
The signal arrives on every channel you’ve given us.
Households designate an Activation Contact (DAC) at enrollment — the household’s single decision-maker. Pre-notification and activation messages are delivered through text, email, and direct phone outreach to the DAC during Red activation. The DAC remains reachable directly if other channels don’t return acknowledgment within the defined response window.
No member should ever have to check the news to know whether PriorityEvac has activated. If a storm is approaching, you’ll hear from us.

Activation notifications are dispatched by Project Dynamo — the veteran-led operations team behind 7,500+ completed evacuations.
