§ 01 · THE PROBLEM

The hardest part of hurricane week isn’t the storm — it’s the household.

Aging parents who shouldn’t be on the road. Pets that eliminate most evacuation options. Children, medications, logistics and uncertainty all at once.

Meanwhile, commercial flights sell out within hours of the first National Hurricane Center warning. Last-minute fares can exceed $2,000 per seat. I-75 and I-95 become 18–30 hour evacuation corridors shared by millions of residents. Private charter availability disappears as aircraft reposition ahead of landfall. More than half of hurricanes in a given season make landfall along the Florida coast, pressuring these evacuation options.

Every season follows the same pattern: by the time families decide to leave, the best options are already gone.

Evacuation capacity must be secured before the storm — not during it.

§ 03 · THE PROGRAM

PriorityEvac secures your evacuation plan long before hurricane season begins.

Members receive access to pre-contracted private aviation evacuation flights for their household during a major hurricane threat. Flights depart from assigned Florida airports aboard Airbus A320 aircraft and relocate members to Atlanta before landfall.

Program activation is tied to objective National Hurricane Center (NHC) forecast thresholds — the same data relied upon by FEMA and state emergency management agencies.

When activation criteria are met, the operation begins immediately and member evacuation capacity is already reserved.

Operations are led by Tim Houston, retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and former Chief of Operations for the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Joint Operations Center.

Built for households responsible for more than themselves.

Aging parents who shouldn’t be evacuating by car

An 18-hour drive up I-75 isn’t realistic. Commercial flights disappear quickly, while last-minute charter availability becomes limited and expensive.

Families traveling with pets

Airline restrictions, kennel requirements, and limited pet accommodations narrow evacuation options fast — especially under hurricane timelines.

Families with young children

Car seats, medications, school-age kids, traffic, exhaustion. A 20-hour evacuation drive is not a practical plan for most households.
